Taeko has over than 10 years of working experience with socioenvironmental projects analysis and evaluation. As a Fairtrade auditor, Taeko worked in Brazil, Equador, Australia and New Zealand with small farmers organizations, exporters, manufacturers, and importers. She also developed the systems approach analysis of projects related to drylands and water management in the State of Santa Catarina.
Taeko has a specialization in Sustainable Systems from The University of Queensland and a masters degree in Territorial Planning and Socioenvironmental Development from the State University of Santa Catarina. She is a PhD candidate at the Business Administration doctorate of São Paulo University with focus on impacts evaluation based on a systems' approach.
Taeko is fluent in English, French, Spanish and good knowledge of Japanese.
