Cilene Marcondes

Cilene is an senior consultant for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Gender Empowerment.
Cilene Marcondes has over 15 years in the area of strategic Corporate Sustainability involving from project set-up with cross sector stakeholders to leading teams and dealing with complex topics which may also require a strong PR and communications strategy. Cilene worked with some of the most important companies in Brazil, as Raízen, Petrobras, Grupo Pão de Açúcar, Whirpool, Itaúsa, Santander, Alpargatas, Light, Energias do Brasil, Vivo, among others.
She has also the NGO perspective having developed projects for Ethos Institute, CEBDS (Brazilian office of World Business Council for Sustainable Development - WBCSD), Banco do Brasil Foundation and the Dutch NGO Solidaridad.
She holds a bachelor in Business Administration and Foreign Trade.
She is currently developing her master’s research at the University of São Paulo related to women engagement in sustainable extractivism in the Brazilian Savanna.

She is also a member of the Fiscal Board of Sociedade Antroposofica do Brasil.
